What does learning look like for you?

We approach curriculum and workshop design as a process, not a product. Each project begins with listening, observation, and shared inquiry—so that what we build is responsive to clearly defined goals, practical constraints, and the learning environments they shape.

Start with Design Snapshot

Step 1: Design snapshot

The design snapshot is a short intake that helps us understand your context before we meet. You’ll be asked to describe your learning goals, audience, environment, and any constraints or considerations that matter—from time and space to resources and values.

This snapshot isn’t a proposal or a commitment—it’s a starting point.

After you submit your snapshot, our team reviews it to identify key themes, questions, and opportunities. We look for alignment between goals, context, and long-term impact, as well as areas that may benefit from clarification or reframing.

Step 2: Review and synthesis

After your snapshot is completed, you’ll be invited to schedule a discovery conversation at your convenience—or to wait for a follow-up from our team with suggested next steps and available options based on your submission.

The discovery conversation allows us to explore learning goals, outcomes, environment, boundaries, and constraints in more depth, and to assess the best path forward.

Step 3: Discovery conversation

Our process is designed to support learning that lasts. Rather than delivering one-size-fits-all materials, we focus on building structures that can adapt, evolve, and be sustained within your environment.
